This 120-million project has two 12-storey hotel towers, casino, and conference centre with the underground parking. The last phase of the project has a private residence club. The private residence club has high-end condo with swimming pool at the top of the building. The foundation for the project consists of stone columns to improve the soil bearing capacity.
